Posting jobs and other vacant opportunities on GlobaleStillinger.no is a free service to the aid community in Norway. To submit an advertisement, you must first register an account via the Registration Page. Once you have a GlobaleStillinger.no account, please use our Submission Form for job vacancies.

Please note that jobs and opportunities are posted according to the GlobaleStillinger.no mandate, which requires that hiring entities are registered with the Brønnøysund Register Center, involved in the aid sector in Norway and that no fees are incurred by the job applicants. Jobs that are accepted for publication will generally be posted on the GlobaleStillinger.no site within two working days after submission. Read more in Job Terms and Conditions.

At GlobaleStillinger.no, you can post your job in any language.

To make changes to or remove your job listing, log in to your account and go to “Dashboard” > “My Jobs”, where you will see a list of jobs that you have posted and their status (“Draft” / “Filled”). Hover over the job title and links below the job will display: Continue Submission (if it is a Draft), Mark Filled, Duplicate, or Delete. To remove a job that has been published, hover over the job title select Delete.

Announcements will also be removed automatically once the deadline has expired.

If you have further questions or requests (such as changes to your organization’s name or a follow up on submitted job ads), please contact us referencing your JOB ID#, if available, to expedite the process.

Yes, you can post jobs where the employee will be based in a country other than Norway.

GlobaleStillinger.no does not yet provide content partners with access to Google Analytics, but plans on providing such access in the future.

Job posts will be announced in a (bi)-weekly notification, going out to all persons registered for this service. Once postings have been approved, each vacancy will be posted on social media through the account @GlobaleStillinger.
